Her expertise and dedication to the industry have set her apart, making her an invaluable asset to the HSA. As Executive Director, Jessica plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization and driving its mission forward. Jessica has diverse experience in membership management, destination marketing, and graphic design. With a background in both healthcare and tourism, Jessica’s focus on wellness tourism aligns perfectly.  Jessica played a key role in branding and launching the Hot Springs of America website and managing the Hot Springs Connection conference. She also oversees the marketing collaboration for the Colorado Historic Hot Springs Loop.
