Mark your calendar for the next Hot Springs Connection conference to be held on May 17-20, 2021 at the beautiful Quinn’s Hot Springs Resort in Paradise, Montana.
HOT SPRINGS CONNECTION CONFERENCE
Established in 2018, the Hot Springs Connection conference is the first and only event designed specifically for owners and operators of thermal mineral water resorts. Topics range from heritage preservation, water stewardship, natural resource protection and standardizing regulatory requirements to utilizing geothermal energy in unique ways, wellness trends, new design standards, hospitality training, tourism marketing and running profitable spas. Last year, more than 120 like-minded industry professionals were in attendance, representing 40 hot springs facilities based in 20 states, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Event coordinator Vicky Nash says, “We’ve all had enough Zoom calls, so let’s meet in person again! Everyone needs a break after enduring the challenges of 2020.”
VENUE
Quinn’s Hot Springs Resort is located one hour northwest of Missoula, MT on the bank of the Clark Fork River surrounded by the Lolo National Forest. The resort will showcase the addition of their newly constructed pool area featuring a variety of soaking options at different temperatures surrounded by rock walls, waterfalls, and multi-colored lighting.

SCHEDULE
Details are in the planning stage and will be announced as they are confirmed. In the meantime, here is the basic outline.
- The conference begins the afternoon of Monday, May 17, 2021 with an opening reception and dinner.
- An extensive behind-the-scenes tour of Quinn’s Hot Springs Resort will be conducted on Tuesday, May 18, along with presentations and group discussions.
- Wednesday, May 19 — workshops, seminars and presentations
- Thursday, May 20 — optional group activities or tour of Hot Springs, MT
HOT SPRINGS TRADE EXCHANGE
Exhibitors, vendors, suppliers and consultants will be available throughout the entire event to discuss and demonstrate products and services.
